Putting old trees in a gallery is nothing new, but there is some really nice execution and use of space here. Overall, I found the piece very calming and contemplative, if a bit butcher-like (the tree is sliced up an hung from metal hooks). Lin is one of the space's co-owners, and here certainly seems to take good advantage of it here.
